Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Sanitick product you purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please provide order details and a clear photo/video of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Please note that returns are not accepted for products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to customer handling. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
